Unless specified otherwise, security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Each adult applicant (18yr or older) must submit a fully completed TAR rental application with a non-refundable $45 'application fee' payable to 'HomeSource'). Applicants must have an acceptable credit score, two years of verifiable income that is at least three times the monthly rent, and two years of verifiable rental history. Felony convictions, recent (within 2 years) bankruptcies, and broken leases are reason for automatic rejection. No more than two adult occupants per bedroom. Pets and pet deposit are negotiable for each property individually. If you are unable to conform to these guidelines, additional deposit may be substituted at the property owner's discretion.
